Exchange Policy
At J&D Streets Surplus, we focus on ensuring our customers receive quality products and support. While we do not offer returns, we do accept exchanges under specific conditions. Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Only items that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and tags will be eligible for exchange. Items without tags or those showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse, as we currently do not offer a return pickup facility. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a store credit or allow an exchange of equal value. In the case of an error on our part, such as delivering the wrong item or a damaged product, we will arrange for a free pickup and send a replacement at no cost to you.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing clear photographs of the issue. Failure to report damages within this period may lead to the exchange request being rejected. Please note that refunds are not provided—we operate on an exchange-only basis as described above.
